Composed by Hazzan Jerome Kopmar

This is a sequel to his Pa’amayim B’ahava.  While the first volume, written for two voices, centers on Shabbat, this book focuses on the High Holidays, including Selichot.  Lishmoa El Harina provides cantors with options in the presentation of the lengthy High Holiday liturgy.  It is envisioned as a particularly helpful aid to colleagues who do not have choirs.  The work can be performed by any combination of two voices (duets, small or large ensembles).  The composer’s goal was to make these pieces suitable for contemporary congregations while adhering to proper Nusah.
