Placement Application Instructions
For those searching for Full-Time/Part-Time Applicants:
Commencing November 1 annually
To begin the application process, please click here for our new online Congregational Questionnaire and Job Description. You may save your work and return to the survey at any time by clicking the "Save and Continue" button at the bottom of each screen of the survey. This fully mobile-responsive form can be completed on any computer, tablet or smartphone.
If you're not able to complete our online form or just need to print out a worksheet to gather your thoughts, please click here to download our Congregational Questionnaire and Job Description in Microsoft Word format. Feel free to print the application and use as a guide for discussion in search committee meetings. Once your answers are finalized, please return, if possible, and complete the questionnaire on our online form.
