This solo arrangement may be performed accompanied or a capella. One of his most descriptive works, as Janowski’s priority was always to musically depict the text. It is one of the foremost settings of this central prayer for the High Holy Days, and uses a broad range of (often quickly) changing dynamics and articulation.
